burn

So I decide to wrap myself up in cotton wool and let the cigarette burn

Watching it whilst it aches burning orange

Lighting flames, exhaling

Breathing monstrosity

Feeling a release but a burning inside

Choking on dry soot

Quenching senses that were never there

warm as my cotton tears

heat

touch me

feed me

hold my skin against yours

pursed lips against the black shadows of my eye

blank stares, soft stares locked eyes

face panned down, chin to chin, scraped smile

sultry grin

heart full of heat

wrapped, entwined, bound…

lovers light

grab me by the earth and pull her down

where her roots lie

soiled to the core

orange dusty gold

where only touch can be felt

in the simmering heat

paws wafting in their scent

you make me feel like red flames

foraging my essence

burning my being

soft wounds of light

starving affection spent over my body

leaving with soft spiraling lips

skeleton

Smile skies of reddy blue

Uneven tapestry of me bathing my arms

Sectioned body

Anatomy ready to be read

With your scalpel I meet my fate

With smiles

take me on

1940 Lupe Velez

She bled like warm fields of trenched hearts

Emasculated into one

Trying to break unity

As their pace hardened

Trickling ventricles tightly bound

Eyes transfixed on lust

Pouring out heat

As warm wax melted on her

Blending shades of her skin

name

Red tassels rapple against skin

Violet skies shrieking over naked lappels

humble, woven, cool shades of blue ripple in the light

supple and strong harmonious soul

bare thoughts

bare

bare

whole hearted

he

he made me feel like roses were the colour of my arms

and made sure each blood stained memory was left to serve

he set the graphic tone of distress as i bled all over him

the scars that place like ink through a funnel

replenish my arm and these eyes that stare at the faceless world are pools of broken glass

scraped together so the streets may never smile again.
